I have over 30 years of experience (agent and broker) in the New Orleans area. This includes New Orleans and the West Bank of the Mississippi River.  The West Bank is often defined as including several towns such as Terrytown, Harvey, Gretna, Marrero, Algiers, Westwego, Avondale and some semi-rural areas known as Crown Point, Lafitte, Barataria, and Belle Chasse.  I have over 20 years experience as a Real Estate Appraiser in the New Orleans area of Louisiana (Certified Licensed Residential #R0152).

 

 I was not born in this area but in the small town of Margerum, Alabama.  Today, the closest town on a map would be Cherokee, Alabama.  This area is known as part of the back waters of the Tennessee River.  It is located just 90 miles from Memphis, Tennessee and 30 miles from Florence, Alabama.  I graduated from the University of Alabama in Tusculoosa.  But, I do tell everyone that I am from New Orleans.  I do love this City!!

 

The benefits of working with me includes weekly communication with personal attention.  I tell my clients that we need to be best friends until they buy or sell their property because I will be talking to them at least weekly and some times daily.  In fact, many of my New Orleans friends, I first met in the real estate market.
